Production capacity

In the industrial incubation base of China Paper Institute (with an investment of 0.2 billion yuan and covering an area of 50 mu), a continuous production line of full-automatic long-wire paper machine with an annual output of 5000 tons of asbestos-free sealing materials has been designed and put into operation by itself, which can realize online monitoring, feedback and automatic adjustment of product quantity, thickness and uniformity, and can effectively guarantee the quality of products. The sealing material produced has excellent performance, good uniformity, good thickness uniformity, stable and reliable quality, and can completely replace imported similar materials, thus breaking the monopoly of China's green sealing materials by foreign products. It can also replace the domestic traditional rolling method (solvent-based, seriously polluted) materials and domestic asbestos sealing materials, and make positive contributions to the promotion of the asbestos-free process and green development of China's fiber sealing material industry.
