China Pulp and Paper Research Institute was established

Formerly known as the Paper Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry, it was transformed into a science and technology enterprise in 1999 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China National Light Industry Corporation. It is a national-level professional scientific research institution with rich scientific and technological resources

The composite materials R&D center was established and committed to promoting the asbestos-free process of sealing materials

2013

General-purpose GTY-1002 papermaking method non-asbestos sealing material was successfully put into production

2015

The Gasket Materials Division was formally established

GZL-2002 for refrigerator compressors was put on the market, High-performance products GM-2306, GM-5216 and other products were successfully put into production.

2016~present

Successfully developed high-performance ultra-dense products CM-2408 and CM-2406
